UP TO 30 PEOPLE
This option is a semi-private ‘buy out’ reserving the entire top level for you and your group. Family-style plated options, buffet and plated are all possible for this area. The minimum spend required is $2250*, for food and/or liquor.
30 - 60 People
This option gives you and your group the entire main floor with walk-up bar access. This also being a semi-private option as the patio and upper level may be sat to other groups. Buffet and some family-style options are capable with this choice. The minimum spend required is $3250*, for food and/or liquor.
up to 120 people
The entire buyout, both the top and main floor; the patio may be included with this as well. This choice gives you and your group full reign of the entire Saloon! Buffet and custom menus are encouraged for this style of booking. The minimum spend required is $5250*, for food and/or liquor.

CATERING
We offer limited offsite catering and pickup packages for groups. We do not rent plateware, glassware, cutlery etc. . We will be responsible for preparing and setting up all food. The organizer will be responsible for all other service for the event. Please feel free to ask for clarification on any requests or uncertainty pertaining to this.
If your group is smaller, our custom-catered ‘Pick-up Package’ might be great for you. We work to create a custom Smokeshow-style meal ready to be picked up for your party or event. All the cooking is done by us, ready to be served!
Catering is limited to 50+ people. As we are not a full-time catering company, there are some limitations. We are more food-focused. Our team will come ready to set up a buffet with all our BBQ classics cut to order on-site.
